Witei does not provide an interconnection with the idealista listing site.
Since last February 2022, new interconnections activation with the idealista real estate portal is no longer available. Therefore, it is not possible to automate or synchronize the publication or update of properties on this portal from witei.

How can you work with witei and idealista then?
You will be able to use all the tools available in witei and in idealista, but independently. The properties post on the portal must be done manually, directly in your private area of the idealista real estate portal.
Can you have your website with witei if you use idealista?
Yes. Your real estate website is independent from the portals you publish. If you want to use witei's web service, you can do so even if you independently make your publication manually on the idealista portal.
Can you receive the contacts generated by the idealista portal in your CRM?
Smart Inbox, the tool that allows you to receive contacts generated from the portals in the CRM, is independent of the property publication. Smart Inbox only extracts information from the emails you send to the email address that has been generated for your workspace. You can forward the emails received from any portal to this address to try to extract contact information.
Will the interconnection with the idealist portal be available again at some point?
Unfortunately there is no prospect of change in this situation. Therefore, the most prudent thing on the part of witei is to inform that this interconnection with the idealista portal is not and will not be available.
Should you choose other alternative to witei since you don't have a interconnection with idealista?
Of course, this is your decision. At witei we strive to create and maintain tools that are useful for all real estate agencies. Interconnection with real estate portals, and specifically to portals of the size of idealista, can be critical for your business. If the automatic function of your real estate software with the idealista real estate portal is an essential requirement for your business, that excludes Witei as your service provider and you should choose other alternatives.
And if you already had your interconnection active with idealista for a long time?
Blocking interconnections with the idealist portal affects new activations only. Witei users that already had their interconnection active with the portal can continue to use this one.
You were already using the interconnection with idealista and your ILC or code has changed, what can you do?
For users that already had the real estate publication interconnection activated with idealista and, for some reason, their ILC code that links witei to idealista has changed (this usually happens when you change your billing information in idealista), the interconnection may stop. In this case, you must contact our support team about the situation and send us the new ILC that idealista has generated for your interconnection.
Please make sure that idealista has configured this ILC to be used from witei, as each ILC has a unique real estate software associated with it from which it can be used.
Have you noticed that the limit of ads that you had indicated in the idealista interconnection in witei has changed automatically?
The limit for the ads used in this interconnection is established automatically and based on the information we get from idealista through the publishing interconnection.
That means, it is possible this number change if the number of ads that you have included in the interconnection in Witei when you activate it does not match the response that the interconnection returns when it is synchronized again.
It is possible that changes in the contract with the portal may take some time to be reflected in this limit, so it is always advisable to check it in your internal idealista area.
If you have active the Idealista interconnection and you use the telephone tracking system in your ads with the portal, you can contact us to review it and configure it.

Our idealista interconnection only includes videos uploaded directly to Witei, not through a link from a platform like YouTube.
In order for the video of a property to be uploaded in Idealista, the video must be uploaded as a file to Witei.

D. Field text style: Description.
The portals can automatically make certain modifications in the descriptions to adjust them to the text style lines that they have determined for their portal, such as the use of capital letters or the inclusion of contact data or links in the property descriptions.
Although Witei sends to the portal the description of the properties as you have indicated in Witei, the portal can adapt this description according to your style. You can consult more information about this directly with the portal.
