The first step to be able to publish your properties in a real estate portal from Witei is: activate their interconnection.
Therefore, in this article we will show you:
A. How do I activate a publishing interconnection?
It is important that before activating the interconnections to portals you have all the properties correct and with all the necessary information included. To activate each interconnection you must follow these same steps:
Settings > Real estate > Interconnections > Activate interconnections
Once you have activated a interconnection you can check if it is synchronizing at:
1. Settings > Real Estate > Interconnections.
2. Check the "synchronization time", it indicates that the properties sent there have not suffered any changes.
3. If you have made updates and the synchronization time has not been updated, please contact us to check it.

Remember that each interconnection is independent and must be enabled individually. From the section "Activate interconnections" you will find each of the available interconnections.
Important: if you are using a interconnection shared with another workspace, the limit of ads to publish on that portal will be common between both. It cannot be defined individually.

B. What contact information do I publish in the interconnection?
When you activate a interconnection to a portal you can decide which information is published in the portals: the general data of the agency or those of the assigned property's commercial.
You can choose which information is published by going to:
Settings.
Real Estate.
Interconnetions > Click on the "edit button" if you want other contact information to be shown. Note that if you do not configure anything there the data that will be shown by default will be agency's general information.
There you can edit the information you publish: that of the agency (appears by default) or that of the assigned property's commercial.
Remember: check that the user's information is correct before activating the publication of the assigned property's commercial data.
C. Activating interconnections to portals that do not require additional data
Important: when you activate a interconnection, you must have the perfect ads in Witei, because these are the ones that will prevail and will be sent to the portals.
To see the list of interconnections you must go to Settings > Real Estate > Interconnections > Activate Interconnections, also there you can see the free portals because it will indicate it to you:
To activate a interconnection, you would have to click on "Activate interconnection" and you will only be asked if you want to automatically activate all your available properties or manually choose which properties to list:
Whenever you want to see the properties you have activated in the portals, activate new ones or deactivate them, you can do it from the list of My Properties in the left menu and check which icons have the green check mark indicating that they are being sent to be published there:
Finally, remember that if you have already activated and set up the interconnections to the portals you are interested in, you can start managing the publication of your properties on the portals from Witei.
D. Modify the limit of publication spaces of an active interconnection
It is possible that once you have the active interconnections, your conditions or agreement with the portal may change and you have agreed with them a different limit of publication spaces than the one you had when you activated the interconnection.
Therefore, follow these steps if you wish to modify the limit of properties to be published in any of your active interconnections:
Access to check your active interconnections from: Settings > Real estate > Interconnections
Find the interconnection you want to modify in this list.
Click on the tool gear icon and click on the option: "Change limit of properties to be published".
Write your new maximum amount of ads and click on "Save".
E. How to disable an interconnection
If you wish to deactivate/disable an active publishing interconnection in your Witei account, you should perform the following steps in your account:
Go to the section: Settings > Real Estate > Interconnections
Locate in the list of your active interconections the one you want to deactivate.
Click on the tool gear icon next to it and then click on: "Disable interconnetion" as shown in the following example:
F. What to do if you do not see the interconnection you want to activate among those available in that section of Witei?
