Integrate Aircall service in Witei

Logging of incoming and outgoing calls made to contacts.

In Witei you will be able to keep track of your users' calls thanks to the integration with Aircall.

A. Set up your Aircall account and link it to Witei.

1. Log into your Aircall account and click on Integrations and API.

2. Select "Discover integrations" from the list to install the "Webhook" integration.

3. Customize the Webhook like this:

4. In Actions only leave active in the field of "Actions of calls" the one that indicates call.ended.

5. When filling in all the data and selecting the correct action click on: Add Webhook.

6. After adding the Webhook click on it from "My integrations" and in the general parameters copy the token provided by Aircall:

B. Configure your Aircall token in Witei.

1. Go to Configuration - CRM - Telephony.

2. Place the token previously copied from general parameters in the integration you have created from Webhook in Aircall.

3. Click on save

  • Type of tasks that will be created in Witei when making or receiving a call from a contact.

When you make or receive a call from a contact using Aircall, you will be able to view it in the contact's file as an incoming or outgoing call task, assigned to the user who answered the call and recorded in this way:

Please note:

  • At the end of the call (both missed call and answered and completed call), if the phone number is not recognized in your CRM, a contact named "Unknown" will be created and an incoming call task associated with that contact so you can follow up with them.
