The interconnections allow you to automate the registration, cancellation and modification of your properties in the portal from Witei, saving you the time required to do it individually in each portal.
Below, we tell you how to activate the publication interconnection with Luxuryestate real estate portal and more details:
A. Activate Luxuryestate interconnection
From Witei it is possible to activate a free real estate interconnection with the real estate portal: Luxuryestate.
Witei will speed up the publication of properties of your portfolio in the portal thanks to the interconnection. To activate the interconnection the steps are as follows:
In the side menu, go to the section: Soft. Real Estate.
Click on the submenu: interconnections
Click on the button: Activate Interconnections.
You can use the search engine to locate the interconnection with Luxuryestate.
Before activating the synchronization with this portal, make sure that your properties are available in Witei to avoid problems.
6. When you click on "Activate Interconnection" you will see the form to activate the publication interconnection that will only require you to select how you want to publish your properties:

B. Publication parameters of the Luxuryestate portal
Regarding the publication requirements that the Luxuryestate portal has for the properties, here we list the most common aspects to check at the moment:
Price from 400.000€ for properties for sale (from 500.000€ in Madrid, Barcelona and Marbella).
Price from 2000€/month for rentals (2500€/month if the properties are in Marbella, Madrid or Barcelona).
At least two images of good quality and that refer to the property are required (photos of squares, streets, monuments, maps, plans, etc. are not valid if not real photos of the property).

The "interconnections" tool offered by Witei is included in our service: Gestor de Inmuebles (Property Manager). You can check the details of your services and active plans from: Settings > Subscription.
It is important to keep in mind that Witei is not an intermediary, Witei is an automation tool. Therefore, doubts or questions related to the price of the real estate portals or the contractual conditions between "real estate and portal" should be addressed with the real estate portals in each case, since the portal is the one who sets the contractual requirements between you.
