To publish your properties on portals, you need to activate the interconnections to the portals you are interested in. If you have not yet activated interconnections to portals, we show you how to do it step by step in this article.
A. How to send properties to the portals?
In the list of properties you will see that next to each one there are the icons of the enabled portals. You have to click on the icon of each portal so that the property is published in it:
1. If the icon is grayed out, the property is not being sent to the portal.
2. If it is green, it is being sent.
3. If it has a red cross, Witei indicates the reason or requirement of the portal that your property is not complying with and why it is not sent to be published in the portal. You will have to check and correct it.
Regarding the publication requirements that the portals have for the properties, here we list the most common aspects to check:
Property type: Some portals are specialized in specific products and only allow the publication of properties of that type. Example: "Belbex" only works with tertiary and non-residential products (offices, shops, building, etc).
Price: Some portals have price limits. Example: Luxuryestate and JamesEdition.
Location: Some portals are specialized in properties in specific locations. Example: GoPlaceIt, this portal shows you the list of all the countries it works with on its website.
You also have the option in each property to publish or unpublish in bulk. On the right side of the main image, if you click on the three vertical dots you will be able to: publish or unpublish in all and manage interconnections.
The portals that offer a publication space in "online office" (such as fotocasa, pisos.com...), will have a third status from now on, which will be "published only in online office". As you know, in this status, your publication does not consume you portal slots, since it is only published in your portal profile.
To submit properties to the portal go to the list of properties, click on the portal icon and decide whether to submit the property to the online office, to the portal, or both. If the submission to the portal is not successful you will also be notified about it. And you will see the reason in red color:
When you send a property to publish and the green icon appears, this indicates that it is published correctly both in the portal and in the online office:
Whereas if you only send it to the online office the color will be blue.
Remember:
Gray: not published.
Blue: published in online office.
Green: published in the portal (and therefore in the online office).
Red: not published because there is some requirement of the portal that the property is not fulfilling.
Remember that publishing in the portal implies that the property must be published in the online office.

B. Re-execute publication
The publication time differs depending on the portal. It can take from a few minutes to a few hours. If you notice that it has not been published or updated follow these steps:
Uncheck the publishing property: by clicking on the portal icon next to it.
Wait 10 seconds and mark it again to publish by clicking on the icon again.
The interconnection should be updated in the following minutes. If not, please let us know.
C. How to unpublish a property?
From the same list of properties.
To unpublish the property you have to click on the corresponding icon and remove the check from the portal. You will know that it is not being sent to the portal because the icon will appear in gray color.
With the property marked to publish, every time you make a change in its data it will be automatically updated in the interconnection.
The link of the property to the portal that appears in Witei is a service that depends on the portals, there are some that offer the link and others that do not. For it to appear, the property must have had a request from the portal that asked for it. It is important to take into account that the fact that the link does not appear is not an incidence, it is an extra service that some portals provide and others do not.
If you notice that the property has not been unpublished follow these steps:
Mark again the property to publish: clicking on the icon of the portal from properties.
Wait 10 seconds and uncheck it again to publish.
The interconnection should be updated in the following minutes. If not, please let us know.
If the property is still not unpublished from the portal after the previous steps , it will need to be done manually from the internal real estate area on the portal.
D. Best practices
It is ideal to avoid adding links and contact information in the property descriptions. This may cause that certain portals do not allow the property to be published due to conditions and rules that they themselves establish. In addition, if you find this type of difficulty and you are unable to resolve it, also check the listing in the multiple languages in which you have the description of the publication of the property made and modify it.
E. Cost of real estate portals
The "interconnections" tool offered by Witei is included in our service: Real Estate Manager. You can check the details of your services and active plans from: Settings > Subscription.
However, it is important to keep in mind that Witei is not an intermediary, Witei is an automation tool. Therefore, doubts or questions related to the price of the real estate portals or the contractual conditions between "real estate and portal" should be addressed with the real estate portals in each case, since the portal is the one who sets the contractual requirements between you.
