If you have multiple workspaces within the same network, you can set up your webpage to publish the properties of these workspaces. Please follow the steps mentioned below:
Setup your webpage
The first step is to setup your webpage to display the properties that belong to your network, not just a single workspace. To do this, you need to set it up from:
Web > Properties shown > Show properties from the network.
Share your properties with your network
Once you have setup your webpage, you will be able to share your properties with the network. Now you can publish properties from any workspace on your network's website.
The steps to follow are:
Properties > My Shared Properties
Here, you will see a list of properties that you can share. You need to select the name of your network for each property you want to share:
Remember that in this section, you will only have the properties that are available and visible on the internet.
Important: you need to do this in each workspace for all the properties you want to publish on your network's website, including the workspace that contains your website.
