If you access Witei from different devices, the system will ask you for verification by email .

When accessing to your Witei account from a new device or location, an additional identity verification step will be required.

This security measure is part of a set of rules designed to protect your account.

The Witei login form requires your username and password. Once you confirm that these login credentials are correct, Witei will send an email to the email account you have configured for your Witei user. From there, you can access your Witei account again by clicking "Access my account."

What happens if I don't receive the identity verification email?

The email may have ended up in your "Junk," "Spam," or "Promotions" folder.

To ensure you receive emails sent by witei in your inbox, you'll need to add the witei sender email address to your "safe or trusted senders." Each email provider is different. Below are the most common ones.

Important note:

Remember that you must configure this setting directly in your email provider and not in the desktop or mobile email applications you use to manage your inbox (e.g., Apple Mail, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc.)

How can I access witei from different devices?

You must have access to the email associated with your username configured on the same device (mobile, tablet, laptop, etc.), as this is where you will receive the verification email.
