Everything you need to manage your email in the webmail manager.

We have prepared this article for those who want to manage their email from the same webmail manager tool offered by Witei.

If you have arrived here, and you still do not have an active email account with Witei, you should follow the following instructions before reading on: My email in Witei.

A. How do I access my email account from Witei?

If you have already created and activated your email with Witei to access the webmail manager, you must follow the following steps:

B. How do I do the basic configuration of my account in the webmail manager?

Once you have managed to access the webmail manager with your email address and password, the tool will direct you to the email management section.

Before you start sending or receiving e-mails, we recommend that you configure your account. This can be done in the following section of the web mail email manager:

Now that you have gone to the Qbox configuration section, follow the steps below to do the basic configuration of your account:

1) Complete your profile information in webmail manager: add your first name, last name, language, time zone, time format and date format.

2) Strengthen the security of your webmail manager account: modify your password whenever you want, enable two-factor authentication if you want more security and check the recently opened sessions in your email account whenever you want.

3) Manage notifications when new emails arrive: to enable notifications when a new message arrives, you must enable the field above and enable push notifications in your browser. Click on the padlock icon and allow notifications by pressing the "Allow" button, or go to the notifications section of your browser settings and allow them.

4) Manage the integrations you prefer in the webmail manager: you will be able to manage integrations with service providers outside of Qbox webmail. Choose the one you need the most.

5) Configure the webmail manager with other devices and accounts: Connect your devices to receive and send emails with your account. Find out how to use the information you will find in the following screenshot in this article > Set up my email created from Witei

C. How do I configure my email in webmail manager?

Once you have done the basic configuration in the webmail manager, it is time to configure your email.

To do this, you will find different alternatives to configure and customize it according to your needs. We explain them below:

1) Configure the view preferences: here you will be able to customize the way in which you can view the email interface, you will be able to configure the email reading settings and you will be able to configure when an email is considered read.

2) Organize email folders: administer and manage your personal email folders.

3) Configure the read or delivery confirmation composition: manage the read and delivery notification of your received and sent messages.

4) Create and manage email templates: simplify the composition of recurring emails by saving email templates to choose from when composing the email.

5) Add a personal corporate signature to email: personalize your email by choosing the name displayed, who receives the message and setting a signature to add to all your messages.

6) Categorize and organize emails by labels: Create custom colored labels to keep your emails in order.

7) Schedule an automatic reply when necessary: Set up an automatic reply message for when you are out of the office or unable to respond to incoming messages. If a contact has sent you several messages, the automatic reply will be sent only once every 24 hours.

8) Add and configure a forwarding email: Choose the email address to forward the messages you receive in the webmail manager.

9) Protect your email from SPAM: change the email filtering system if necessary, deciding whether to allow or reject certain senders by managing a white and black list.

10) Sort your email in the webmail manager: create specific rules to sort incoming messages and organize them as you wish in your mailbox.

But it is not possible to do this at the same time for all business mails created and managed with Witei.
