Important: when you activate the interconnection, you have to make sure the ads properties on Witei are perfect, because these are the ones that you will see in the interconnection with priority.
A. Steps to enable the Fotocasa interconnection.
1. To enable the interconnection you will need the following information. This information must be checked with your Fotocasa business advisor.
API key (you can find it yourself from Fotocasa, following the steps defined in its guide).
2. Follow the activation steps explained here.
3. You must fill in each field the data that the portal commercial advisor the portal told you:
4. Where it says "How many ad slots do you have in this portal?" you have to include the number of ads you have with the portal.
5. To view which properties are you sending to the portal, you can do it from Properties > Add filters > Portal > Is > Fotocasa > Apply and you will see the list.
B. Steps to follow to send a video to the Fotocasa interconnection.
The Fotocasa interconnection has available the synchronization of videos uploaded in your properties in Witei in the following ways:
Uploading the video from the property file by clicking on Photo and video management, you can view the steps here.
By placing the Link to the video from the property form. Have in mind that it must be from an open platform, for example: YouTube, Vimeo...
The maximum weight that a video must have to be able to synchronize it on the Fotocasa interconnection must have a maximum of 40MB.

If you currently have a property published with a specific typology and you want to change it, it is not possible to publish it with the new one. You must create the property again and send it as a new property to the portal with the new typology. If the typology of an existing property and published on the portal is changed the interconnection detects this change and reports the following message:
It is not possible to modify the Building type of a property with an active External ID.
D. Telephone tracking system in your ads
The telephone tracking system is a tool that you can activate directly with your Fotocasa Pro advisor.
For this tool to work, you must ensure the following:
Review your "Contact data shared with real estate portals" settings. Make sure which option you have active: share agency details or Use responsible user's contact data. The option to share agency data is the one that comes by default and to enable the option to Use responsible user's contact data, you have to follow the following steps:
Settings > Property Manager > General
Confirm which phone number you are sending to the portal depending on your settings: if it is the agency's phone, Witei will send the phone number you have configured in your workspace to the portal. If, on the other hand, you have configured to send the contact information of the person in charge of the property, Witei will send for each property the contact information, including the telephone number, of the salesperson responsible for the property.
When Witei sends a phone number to the Fotocasa Pro portal, the portal will automatically replace this number with its corresponding tracking phone number. This step is automatic and does not require your intervention.
How many tracking phones do you need to hire with Fotocasa Pro?
If you have configured the option to "share agency data", you will only need to contract a single tracking telephone number with the portal.
However, if you have the "Use responsible user's contact data" option activated in Witei, you will need to contract with Fotocasa Pro as many tracking telephone numbers as there are different telephone numbers of the different users that you mark as responsible for the properties to be published on the portal.
Credentials error in the Fotocasa Pro gateway
When Witei shows an error in your credentials for the publishing gateway with Fotocasa, you will need to follow the next steps:
Contact your portal advisor and request a new API key.

In the Fotocasa Pro portal - Options - Configure gateway, add your new code
E. Limitations in the customization of property title.
In the Fotocasa portal it is not possible to visualize the exact titles that you add to your properties managed from Witei.
Witei, as a property management system, has technical limitations that prevent the complete customization of the titles of the ads when exporting them to Fotocasa.
In addition, the portal has some conditions and policies that we invite you to review with them related to the customization of property titles published on its platform.
