Creation and use of message templates in conversations and their notifications.

Updated over a week ago

A. What are message templates?

A message template consists of a title and a message that you can attach to your conversations later. You can use a template for your email signature for example, or for a text that can be reused as a welcome or a reminder.

B. How to create a template?

1 .From settings > Advertising > "message templates".

2 .In ''create new template'', fill in the fields ''Template title'' and ''Template''. The title you give it will allow you to identify your message templates later.

3 .Click on Save template.

C. How to use a template?

1. In the conversation where the message on which you want to apply the template is.

2. Select the add message template icon:

3. Choose the template we want to use, it is added to the message text where the cursor is located.

D. Notifications in conversations

A new feature has been implemented to receive messages in Conversations in real time. If the recipient replies to us, as if we reply and another workspace user has the Conversations app open or vice versa, it will be updated in real time. In addition, to indicate that there are new unread messages, the conversation will be marked in the list with a green ball. If you do not have the Conversations app open, you will receive a notification like those already known in Witei.

Important clarification: the green ball applies only to unread messages received **in real time**, there is no unread message functionality in the conversation list yet.

E. Options in talks

You have many tools from the conversation with the client, now you can change the font type (bold, italic), add a link, put an emoji, attach a message template to the conversation, attach real estate, attach file, attach quote and the email signature:
