In this article, we'll explain the different tools used in Witei to send emails and how they count toward your monthly email count based on your CRM Contact Manager Service plan.
First of all, to check how many emails you can send from your workspace, you can go to Settings > Workspace > Subscription > Services > CRM Contact Manager > View plans and prices.
In here, you'll see the total number of emails you can send each month for your current plan and for other plans.
To see the number of emails you've used in the current month, you can go to Settings > Sent Messages (on the right).
The tools that count toward your workspace's monthly email amount are:
Smart Inbox Auto-Reply: This is the smart response email generated by Witei based on the contact's search criteria received via email. A group of properties from your account are attached for this new contact. To see the conditions and how to manage them, click here.
New Match Alerts: This email is sent with suggestions for similar properties that match the contact's interests. It is active for one month. For more information, click here.
Drip Campaigns and Stages. In these campaigns, you must take into account the number of potential clients who fit the sending filters and multiply it by the number of stages they can go through before the next email in the drip campaign is sent. For more information on drip campaigns, click here.
