Email Marketing Campaigns in real estate

Send conditional emails to contact segments.

Important: considerations to all email campaigns sent from the property file:

1. Up to 50 suggested or interested contacts will be shown from the property.

2. When an email campaign is sent from the real estate it will be sent to up to 150 contacts at the same time.

A. Email campaigns

We have several ways to send an email campaign: from the property or by creating a customized campaign.

From a property:

1. Enter the property file.

2. Click on "Match" (it is under the portal where it is published).

3. Select if you want to send it to suggested or interested contacts.

4. The campaign will open and you will be able to edit it.

5. Click on "Send".


Important: to send campaigns to contacts in the Match section of the property file, 3 requirements must be met: that the property is in state available, visible on the internet and that at least one of those suggested/interested contacts has an active email address.

You can also send an email campaign from the property tab on the top right:

1. Go to "Share" and click on send campaign:

Keep in mind that the current limit for sending campaigns to suggested contacts is 990 contacts.

*Remember that all emails sent from Witei are sent to a single recipient, individually, without copying other emails from other recipients.

B. Drip Campaign

1. Using the filters create a segment with the customers you want to receive the campaign and save the search. Customers who enter new ones and meet the requirements will join the segment automatically.

2. Then go to Advertising > Drip Campaign > Click on "Create drip campaign".

3. Select the name of the campaign and the segment you want to use previously created.

4. Click on "add email" and create it.

5. You will be able to edit the campaign as you wish.

6. When you save the email, it will be in paused state so that it can be sent by clicking on Activate.

7. To see the report of the sent email click on "View report".

8. Delete it by clicking on the three dots and "Delete email".

9. After creating the first email, you will be able to create many more and place a condition, when this condition is fulfilled, the next email will be sent automatically.

Important: To create these campaigns you must have permissions to do so. If you do not have it, you must request that an administrator of your office gives it to you from "Configuration > users".

  • If the campaign has already been sent it will not be possible to edit the campaign once it has already been sent to a set of contacts.

  • Once sent, you will be able to see the report of that specific campaign in the following way:

    1. Access the Marketing tool.

    2. Click on the name of the sent campaign.

    3. You will be able to check the sent campaign report: open rate, click metrics and more details.

If you want to save time and reuse the previous campaigns you have sent at another time, you have the option to use the recently edited campaigns as follows:

1. Create new campaign

2. Configure the campaign sending details

3. Reuse the design used for a recently edited campaign.

When reusing a campaign that has a text in the preheader field, this data prevails and you must edit it manually by following these steps:

  • Body -> Email settings -> Preheader text.
