Help on how to use the visit report agreements and visit evaluation management

A. How to create a visit report agreement?

  1. You can go to: Settings > Real estate > Agreement templates.

  2. Click on "Add"

  3. Choose the type of template, in this case "Visit report agreement":

4. Fill in the text with the labels (formulas) on the right. Depending on the labels, the text will be filled in automatically, but you can edit the text later.

B. How to use a visit report agreement?

1. Enter a property and under the main photo click on "Agreements". If in "visit report agreement" there are no contracts added, you have to add them:

2. After adding the template you have the options to edit, print (to download also), and send:

C. How do I use the Visitor Rating?

1. Check that this option is activated from Settins > Real Estate > General > Visit Rating.

2. If you create a task of type "Visit", associate a property and a contact and mark it as "done", that client will receive a request of valuation to his email so that he can evaluate the visit.

Keep in mind that:

  • Only "Visit" tasks type with a completion date within the last week will send the contact an email to fill in the visit valuation.

  • The answer given by that contact/client will be notified to the user responsible for the task through the current notification system.

This email and the rating form will look like this:

It is even possible to add comments in the evaluation of the visit.

3. The customer must have a valid email address in order to receive the visit evaluation.

4. If the customer makes the evaluation, you will be able to see it in Dashboard > "Visit rating list".
