Summary of the information that can be obtained through Witei about marketing in real estate portals and commercial actions.

With Witei it is easy to know a little more about your own business. To do so, we offer you the possibility to access 2 different categories of reports:

A. Marketing Reports

Through Witei you can publish in more than 20 real estate portals, both free and paid. One of the most important metrics to know if you are doing well your marketing campaigns is to know the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

How is the CAC calculated?

It is very simple, you just have to divide the cost of a source of leads (such as a real estate portal) by the number of customers that source has brought you during a specific period.

Witei calculates this information for you and displays it in the most user-friendly way possible:

We have hidden some information as this calculation varies between zones, clients, portfolios... What you should do if you want to know your Customer Acquisition Costs is to access right now to: Marketing Reports and enter the necessary information (the cost generated by each portal, each month).

You will then have a precise month-by-month calculation of your CAC and you will be able to better plan your marketing strategies.

Organic Section: What if these contacts/customers do not come from any of the interconnections to portals you have active?

If you do not have an active interconnection in your Witei account with any external portal/website and you receive contacts from them, this will be accounted for thanks to the "Organic" section of the Marketing Report. Therefore, if you want the contacts you create with Custom Origins to be taken into account in the Marketing Report you can:

  1. Access the section: Configuration > CRM > Contact source

  2. Create a new Contact source focused on the portal or source you want, called for example: "Portal X" (Check the sources that are created by default in Witei to create different ones and differentiate them from those that Witei already has).

  3. Manually add this Custom Contact Source to your contacts as normal.

  4. Then, in the Marketing Report, in the Organic section, you will see the contacts created to which you have added this contact source: "Portal X".

B. Commercial Reports

As it could not be otherwise, Witei also generates detailed reports on the activity of your agency's sales representatives. By indicating a period of dates, you will have the most representative data of your real estate.

For each user you have registered in Witei, we will tell you:

  • Name

  • Properties created

  • Requests created

  • Total tasks performed

  • Emails sent

  • Phone calls

  • Visits

  • Visits valued

  • Evaluation of the visit

In addition, you can access the detailed report of each of the sales representatives by clicking on their name. You will have access to a report like this one:

In this report, in addition to the daily activity graphs over the last 30 days, we can see a very interesting data: the Visit Rating.

What does Visit Rating mean?

Every time a sales rep marks a visit task as completed in Witei, the client receives an email with a brief survey: valuation of the property and valuation of the sales rep.

These evaluations, in addition to being sent by email to the sales manager, are recorded, so that you can see, out of a total score of 5, the average evaluation received by the sales representatives of your agency.

IMPORTANT: only the Administrator of a Witei account will be able to view and access the Marketing Report of your workspace.
