With Witei you can send SMS campaigns to contact your customers. We currently have a virtual simulator that shows us a real-time simulation of our SMS messages. The tool also has a character counter to know how many characters are left to enter and you can add links and a sender.
How can you send an SMS campaign?
In two ways:
1. From CRM > Contacts. Select the contacts you want to send the campaign to and from "Select an action" click on "Create SMS campaign".
2. From Advertising > SMS Campaigns > Create SMS campaign.
Everything you find with the symbol (*) is mandatory so you must fill it in.
Don't forget to click on "Send" to send the messages.
Important:
To be able to send SMS campaigns to your contacts, they must have a valid mobile phone. And there is no sender number, so it is suggested in the SMS text to indicate a number where you want to receive the answers.
The maximum length of the SMS is the generic length of common SMS: 160 characters.
