SMS Sending Service Update
Due to recent changes in telecommunications regulations in Spain, sending SMS messages now requires prior registration and official validation of alphanumeric senders. The authorities’ goal is to ensure security and prevent identity theft fraud.
At Witei, we prioritize the quality and security of your communications. Therefore, while we make the necessary adjustments to meet these technical and legal requirements, we need to temporarily pause the SMS sending tools from the CRM.
