With the users' activity log you will be able to know all the actions they have done.
You can access the activity log from: Configuration > Workspace > Users > actions > click on View Activity:
If you delete a contact or property, you can recover it from your activity log by clicking on the arrow on the right:
Keep in mind that:
The "undo" option only appears on logs of specific deletion activity.
You will only be able to recover data that has been deleted less than 30 days ago.
To locate deleted items, there is a filter that you can add to the list: "Delete" is "True":

On the other hand, in the tab of each CRM contact/customer, you will be able to see the messages that have been sent and received in conversations reflected in the "Activity" section:
Also, if you click on the aeroplane icon, you can access the conversation directly. If the reply corresponds to an email campaign, the name of the campaign will be displayed to go to the detailed report.
