Here you can see all the sections available to customize a Witei user.
Important:
A. Access to the users list
From Settings > Users > your user > edit button:
B. Editable fields of a user profile
You can edit the following fields of your profile: your picture, your Witei user name, first and last name, phone number, email address, title, your description and your time zone.
Please note that, in case you have a contracted website with us, this information will be displayed in the "About us" section. This way your customers can get to know you better.
C. Email signature
Remember that you can include a personalized signature in your user to be added as a closing automatically in every email you send, to do this follow the steps below:
1. Go to the lower left corner.
2. Click on your avatar (your profile picture).
3. Edit User.
4. Email Signature.
Important: the signature set by the user will be seen in the recipient's message, so the user will not see his own signature sent due to it is hidden in the conversation interface.
D. Permissions that the user will have
From this section you will be able to check: the types of permissions, which permissions the user has active and which tools the user can manage.
Important: If your user has administrator permissions, you will be able to manage the permissions of the users in your own workspace.
E. How to change the language?
By default, Witei adjusts to the language of your browser. But you also have the option to change the language directly from your account.
Log in to your account.
Click on your avatar (bottom left corner) > "Edit user".
At the top right click on "Change language".
F. How to log out of Witei?
Go to the bottom left corner.
Click on your avatar (your profile picture).
Select "Sign out" in the drop-down menu.
G. How do I change the password of my Witei user?
To reset your password you can access to change it from the login page or from this link: Forgot your password.
If you want to change your password while you are inside Witei you should go to: Your avatar (bottom left corner) > "Edit your user" > "Change password".
H. How do I access the suggestions?
You can view, create and comment on the improvement suggestions you want:
Go to the bottom left corner.
Click on your avatar icon.
Click on Suggestions:
