A. Adding, photo improvement and videos to a property
After filling in all the fields in the property form and clicking save, you can start adding photos and videos to the property.
1. Click where it says "Click here or drag the files from a folder".
- You will be able to upload as many photos as you wish that meet the following specifications:
Maximum photos per property: Between 30 and 150, depending on your Soft. Inmobiliario that you have contracted.
Maximum size per photo: 25MB.
Minimum recommended resolution of each photo: 1440 PX wide.
Accepted photo formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .png.
It is important that you verify that each of the photos of the property have the minimum recommended resolution so that we can ensure a good quality of the photos. Witei is prepared to automatically adjust the perfect photo resolution for each portal and website.
We recommend you to review the photos before uploading them to, among other things, make sure that you do not upload very similar or duplicate images.
- You can currently upload 6 videos per property on Witei that meet the following specifications:
Maximum size per video: 100MB.
Accepted video formats: .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .mpeg, .flv, .3gp.
Important note: from the Property file you also have the possibility of adding videos through a URL of a Streaming platform such as YouTube so that the video is reflected from a platform like this. However, there are portals that do not accept this type of URL.
If you have added the URL of the video of the property in the property file and it is not reflected in a certain portal, it is ideal that you try to download the video and upload it to the Witei video manager.
2. Click on Sort photos and videos, so that you can sort both photos and video.
To sort the photos you must follow these steps:
Click on the "Photos" section and then place the mouse over each photo that you want to change position click and drag it to the position where you want to place it.
It is important to use the "Tag" in the images of the properties. Each image will have a "Tag" drop-down menu from which you can choose how to categorize it. For example, if you are adding the floor plans of the property, it is important to categorize the image with the tag: "Open Plan":
To order the videos you must follow these steps:
Click on the "Videos" section and then place the mouse over each video you want to change position click and drag it to the position where you want to place it.
3. To return to the property and check how the file was click on the title of the property that is at the top left:
4. If after saving the photos and videos you want to edit them, just click on "Manage photos and videos" on the top right of the photo in this way:
5. When in photo and video management you will be able to edit, retouch, delete or add photos.
6. From photo and video management you can retouch the photos by following the steps below:
Click on the checkbox in each photo you want to improve and then click on "Improve".
Under "Photo improvement" you can select the type of retouching you want.

After selecting it click on "Apply enhancement".
Please note that these retouches may take a few minutes to complete, depending on the amount of retouching.
Note: Please note that depending on the "Gestor de Inmuebles" Plan you have contracted with Witei you will have a monthly amount of improvements/retouching to apply to your Real Estate photos and the application of a watermark to each photo is also counted as a Retouching.
A.1. Option "Automatic rotation of main photos of properties".
Please note that you can activate the "Automatic rotation of main photos". If you activate this option, Witei will rotate weekly the main photo of the properties that you publish in portals among one of the first 3 photos.
You can activate it from: Settings > Real Estate > General
This option is included in the "Gestor de inmuebles" Premium plan and will help you to boost your publications in portals.
It is important to know that: In case you activate this configuration and after some time you deactivate it, you should know that gradually the images will be displayed in the initial order that you mark in Witei, but this will happen in the long run and gradually.
B. Add Virtual Tour in properties
Inside the property file click on "Edit" at the top right and inside the form you must paste the link of the virtual tour in the "Link to virtual tour" section. Witei can embed the virtual tours in the public web of the property if they are from the providers Floorfy, Realistico and Matterport. For the rest of the virtual tours a button linking to the tour will be generated.
Please note that the virtual tours will be exported only to the real estate portals with which they are compatible.
C. Download photos of a property
From the property file you can download the photos of a specific property, we show you how to do it:
1. Enter in the property that you want to download the photos.
2. Click on "Manage photos and videos" located on the upper right side of the photo.
3. Click on the right side where it indicates "Export Photos" once clicked you will be able to select if you want the retouched photos or the original photos.
4. In order to download them to your computer you must go to Settings > Data export click on the download icon that will appear once the document is done and the photos will be downloaded.
