A. What is a watermark used for?
Watermarking is the process of superimposing a logo or text over a document or image.
It is ideal to have a business watermark for copyright protection purposes.
This will allow you to protect the copyright of your work and ensure that it is not reused or altered without your permission.
On the other hand, a watermark can be used as a brand personalization strategy.
B. How to add your business watermark?
To add the watermark of your business in Witei you need to log in:
Settings section
Change watermark
Add watermark
Once you add the base image for the watermark you will find the options to adapt it in Witei and you will be able to adjust aspects such as:
-Position.
-Size.
-Opacity.
-Convert the base color to white.
Important: Make sure that the image is in PNG format, that it is completely opaque with solid color and that it has a transparent background. Also, the image cannot be larger than 256KB.
Once you have added the image a few minutes later you will have a result like this in the watermark section:

Once the watermark has been generated in your workspace, you will be able to apply this watermark to the photos of the properties you have in Witei.
C. How to apply the watermark in the photos of a property?
To apply the watermark on the photos of a property, you need to access the photo and video manager of a property in the following way.
1. Go to the My Properties section.
2. Go to the Property File
3. Go to Manage photos and videos
4. Select the photo to which you want to add the watermark.
5. Choose the Apply watermark option.

D. How to change the watermark of your workspace?
You can change the watermark of your workspace to apply this new watermark on the photos of your properties.
Even if you change the watermark in your workspace, keep in mind that this will not automatically replace all the photos to which you have applied the previous watermark with this new watermark.
You will need to reapply the new watermark to the photos you want to watermark, just reapply the instructions in point C of this article.
This will allow you to keep track of the photos on which you really want to apply this new watermark that you have changed for the old one.
