A. Steps to enable the Fotocasa interconnection.
1. To enable the interconnection you will need the following information. This information must be checked with your Fotocasa business advisor.
API key (you can find it yourself from Fotocasa, following the steps defined in its guide).
2. Follow the activation steps explained here.
3. You must fill in each field the data that the portal commercial advisor the portal told you:
4. Where it says "How many ad slots do you have in this portal?" you have to include the number of ads you have with the portal.
5. To view which properties are you sending to the portal, you can do it from Properties > Add filters > Portal > Is > Fotocasa > Apply and you will see the list.
B. Steps to follow to send a video to the Fotocasa interconnection.
The Fotocasa interconnection has available the synchronization of videos uploaded in your properties in Witei in the following ways:

By placing the Link to the video from the property form. Have in mind that it must be from an open platform, for example: YouTube, Vimeo...
The maximum weight that a video must have to be able to synchronize it on the Fotocasa interconnection must have a maximum of 40MB.

If you currently have a property published with a specific typology and you want to change it, it is not possible to publish it with the new one. You must create the property again and send it as a new property to the portal with the new typology. If the typology of an existing property and published on the portal is changed the interconnection detects this change and reports the following message:
It is not possible to modify the Building type of a property with an active External ID.
D. Telephone tracking system in your ads
If you use the telephone tracking system in your ads with the Fotocasa portal, please do not hesitate to contact us via chat to review it and to configure it for your account.
E. Limitations in the customization of property titles
In the Fotocasa portal it is not possible to visualize the exact titles that you add to your properties managed from Witei.
Witei, as a property management system, has technical limitations that prevent the complete customization of the titles of the ads when exporting them to Fotocasa.
In addition, the portal has some conditions and policies that we invite you to review with them related to the customization of property titles published on its platform.
