Tags help you to register your customers' interests. Therefore, you can add them by going into the customer's profile and going to the "interests" section.

You only need to add as tags the characteristics that the customer tells us are essential for him. The tag that we indicate will determine the search results that we carry out.

Remember, you can filter customers by their tags quickly and efficiently:

1. CRM.

2. Customers.

3. Filters.

4. Label > en > (here you indicate the label).

5. Apply.

You can also create personalised labels. You can create them from:

1. Settings.

2. CRM.

3. Tags.

4. Create tag.

5. Add a name in English and Spanish or other languages.

6. Save.
