If you want to manage properties with vacation rental or short stay you can do it from the "vacation rent" section.

Once you have selected the "Renting" option in the property form you will see the "vacation rent" option in this form:

When you select the "vacation rent" option, you must indicate the identifier provided to the owner by the corresponding agency, that is called: "Vacation register number".

Note: The reservation will not be automatically reflected in the client's file. Please note that you will have to select the occupied dates from the property file manually, from the "Manage vacation rent" button.

On the other hand, if you use the Witei "Web Inmobiliaria" service you can put in the ad of the vacation rental property a calendar with the dates that are already booked so that the client can see the availability of the property. The calendar is not interactive for the client.
