With Witei you can manage groups of newly built properties or also called: new construction developments.
The properties that belong to new construction, first of all should be created in Witei as properties and then you could (or not) associate them to a development. That is to say, with "Developments" we refer to a set of properties/types of new construction properties that you want to group and manage in Witei.
Note that you can create a new construction property and not associate it to any Development. That is, you could create the property and add the "new construction" tag to specify that aspect without associating it later to a Development.
The option of associating the property to a "Development" will facilitate its internal management and, in addition, will allow you to publish these properties in the specific section of: Developments/New construction on your Witei website.
A. New developments
1. You should have the Soft. Inmobiliario service enabled. You can activate it from Settings > Subscription > Soft. Real Estate.
2. After that, go to: Properties > Developments > "Add development".
3. Fill in the data: Identifier, Status*, Title and Description. Save the changes.
4. The file will be created and if you need it, you can modify it.
5. You can add various data such as:
Basic data of the development: reference, state, name or description.
General data: developer, start or end dates, licenses, etc.
Location.
Building specifications.
Pricing.
Typologies (Here you will be able to add the properties of your account that you wish to register).
Collaborators.
Photographs.
Other files.
Journal.
B. The promotion of new construction visible on the Web
1. You must activate the web plan that supports the publication of new construction.
2. When you activate it, a page is created in your website for each of the promotions you have created in Witei.
3. The web designs that show the new construction promotions are:
C. Publish properties/typologies of new construction.
Through Witei interconnections, you will be able to publish these properties in the same way that you publish "second hand" properties from Witei. Keep in mind that the new construction properties that you manage in Witei will not be published associated or categorized in the new construction of the portals, so they will be published as the rest of the common or "second hand" properties.
If you want to publish these properties remember:
Create the property in Witei and add the label: "New construction", we show you the labels section in the property form and how to add that label below:
If you wish you can also associate this property as a "Typology" to the corresponding Development in Witei from:
Properties > Developments > Click on the "Development" to which you want to add that property to edit it > Click on add in the "Typologies" section > Write the reference or title of the property you want to add and save the changes.

You will be able to indicate in the description of these properties more details about the development.
After that, you can publish the property in the portals as usual, by clicking on the icon of the portal where you want to publish it.
