Matching clients and real estate. Every sheep with its mate

Witei's "Match" is a very powerful tool. Its function is to join the interests of a demand and the properties that you have (or will have) in your portfolio.

A. Client's interests

You have to fill in the interests they have, that is to say, the characteristics they want the property to have:

1. Go to the client's file.

2. Interests > edit.

3. "Apply" to save them

If the client is not sure of the typology, you can choose ''housing'' which includes all types of residence: parking, villa, flat, etc.

You can select on the map of interests specific zones:

1. Click on the map of interests

2. Click on ''Draw zone on the map'' and delimit it by points.

3. Click on the same button to draw a new one or ''Save selected area'' to finish.

4. If you want to delete a specific zone and select a new one, the first thing to do is to click on the trash can icon to delete the old zone and then select the new zone you want to place.

B. Properties of the cross of interests

The properties you have in your portfolio that match these interests will appear in the client's file in the "Match" tab.

If you find that there are few results you should check the client's interests. For example, because there are many tags that restrict the search. With a new property, you can send the suggested clients a notification to let them know about the new property through the campaigns.

Important: The properties that are in prospect status will not be displayed in the "crossing" tab.

C. Is it possible to cross the demands with the promotions?

Yes, but the crossover of demands will not be with the development in general, but with the typologies of this one. The promotion will include the different typologies. You can see more about the promotions here.

Once the promotion is created, the typologies that compose it will be added:

If there is a crossover of demands with the typology, it will appear in the list of suggested properties.

D. How do Witei's thumbs work?

The thumbs are used to indicate the client's interest in that property.

Thumbs up: If your client likes that property, then we mark the thumbs up. It will be added to favorites.

The properties that are in favorites do not change even if we change the interests.

Thumb down: If your client does not like it, we mark the thumb down. It will stop appearing in suggested for him.

We can manually add a property:

1. "Add manually"

2. We choose in the drop-down.

E. Reasons why the property does not appear in the result of a crosswalk

The interests that are placed in the demand must coincide, if they do not coincide the property will not be seen, it must be taken into account when filling in the following fields so that the crossing is more precise:

  • Maximum Bathrooms --> avoid placing 0.

  • Maximum Rooms --> avoid placing 0.

  • Maximum surface --> avoid placing 0 or 1.

  • When you select a partner Witei will only search within the properties that have shared only with that partner and not in your entire portfolio.

  • The property must have the same tags that are placed in the demand, not some if and others not, for example: if the demand is looking for pool - garden and air conditioning the property must have these same tags at the same time so that it can be seen in the crossing.
