A. What is the Appointments tool, how it works and its benefits.
This tool allows you to provide your contacts/clients with an interactive calendar so that they can choose a time when they wish to meet with you (within the available time slot that you determine).
You will be able to access this tool from the section: Planning > Appointments
You can choose the type of event or meeting you will do and you can share this calendar with your customers through a link by the way you wish and also through your social networks: Twitter, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Your contacts will be able to see the calendar to the event, select date and time that best suits them and you will be able to see the appointment they choose automatically in Witei from the section: Upcoming booked appointments
It is important to know that:
If the contact booking the appointment is not registered in your Witei CRM it will be automatically created to make it easier for you to capture and track them.
Witei will create a task in your Witei agenda and in that contact to remind you of the booked appointment, as you can see in this example:
The main benefits of using the appointment tool:
It will help you organize your time more efficiently.
You will have your Witei agenda updated and up to date with all appointments booked for you.
Easy scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.
You can schedule the limit of appointments you want to have during your day to have more control and balance over your work time.
B. How to create your event and how to manage your appointments.
Here are the steps to create an event:
1. Click on menu > Planning > Appointments.
2. Click on: Create event (top right corner)
3. Add the following information about your event: Title, link to the event, description, you will be able to "Activate" and deactivate the event publicly, start and end date, minutes of duration of the appointments, time between appointments, maximum time in advance for appointment booking (day), maximum number of participants.
Once you fill in all the fields marked with (*) in the form you can save the event.
After that, you should select your available time slots, which means the time slot in which your contacts will be able to make an appointment with you. Click on "Add slot" to select your available days and times.

Once you have created your event, you will be able to share it on your social networks such as Twitter, WhatsApp, Linkedin and Facebook from the share button:
If you access ''View live page'' you will see it as your contact/client:
When your contact chooses an option, they will receive a confirmation email with the date and time chosen which will have the following information:
If your contact clicks on "click here" the following will happen:
The appointment will be cancelled, so that time that day in the interactive calendar will become available for another contact to book.
When they click on "click here" they will see the interactive calendar again and the remaining available times so that they can reschedule a new appointment with you on another day/time of their choice.
