How it works
The private owner area is a space on your website where contacts who own a property will have a private area with access to detailed reports on their property management.
You can grant individual access to their private area to your owner contacts, and this access will be valid for 30 days. For security reasons, you will need to renew access after this period.
What will you see in this private area?
Publication on real estate portals.
Number of visits.
Links to the property.
Price history.
Responsible agent.
Visits completed.
Upcoming visits.
The completed visits field will only be visible once they are marked as completed in Witei for that property.
To send the owner access to the Owners' Private Area, follow these steps:
Go to the contact information.
Properties.
Owners' Private Area.
You will have two options to view the information before sending it to the owner and review it before sending. To do this, click where it says: Owner's private area > Access Private Area.
If everything is correct with the private area and you want to send the information to the owner, click on Send access to the owner. This action will send an email to the contact's email address with a generated link to access the private area on your website.
