A. How do I create an owner?

To create an owner we have to do it from the left menu as follows:

Clicking on the blue button "Add contact" will take us to the next tab to complete the new contact data.

If you don't have the Owner in the CRM yet you can also create it from the Private Data of the Property Form.

Just type the owner's name until it appears under "Create" and once you have created it, it will appear in the CRM.

B. How to link a property to an owner and view it?

Once you have entered the personal data and clicked on save, you will be transferred to the contact's file where you can add the properties by clicking on the tab

Properties > Add property

Once it has been added, you can view the properties linked to the owner.

If the property has already been created and the owner has not yet been linked to the property, remember that you can do it from the property itself.

Clicking on the three dots icon next to Owners > Create new owner or assign existing owner

Once you click on "Create new Owner", Witei will send you to the Private Data of the property for you to complete and link this property to an Owner you have already created.

C. How to send the report of the managed property to an owner?

This report is a link that the owner can receive from the property manager to access a page on the internet with the general updates of the movements in that property during the last 30 days.

It will not show internal information such as contacts, sales notes or activity details. Only the number and type of tasks, the offers and the answers to them.

IMPORTANT: The owner will not have access to this website with his report if you do not send it before.

It is enough that you send the report only once so that the client, through the link that arrives by mail, can access and see in real time any update of the data, it is not necessary that you send it every time there are movements.

You can send the report from:

CRM section > Owner's file > Properties > Send report to owner.

If the owner has more properties in property you will have a report button for each property and you must make sure that the client has a valid email in his file to be able to send the report.

The email that should be sent to the owner would look like this:

D. How can an owner track the managed property?

In the report you send to the owner you can visualize the type of activities that can be tracked for a given property.
