A. What can I customize my website?
To customize your website you should go to the Web section of your Witei account. When you click on Web you will see the following side menu:
Below we give you more information about each of the sections of this menu in the same order:
1. To start, select the Web Design you want to use as the basis for your home page and for your properties.
2. From the Web domain tab you will be able to choose a domain from the ones you have configured in your account to display your web page.
3. After that, from the Branding section you will be able to choose everything related to the corporate identity of your business. For example: you can choose the exact color of your brand from the "corporate color" section in the information of your agency, you can upload images for the cover (The dimensions are 1440px wide by about 800 high), etc. From here you can also bring your business approach to the website: adding your slogan, choosing font, logo, favicon and description. Make it yours!
4. From the Properties shown section of the menu you will be able to select the origin of the content about properties that will be shown on your website.
5. Choose the languages in which you want your website to appear.
6. Choose the sections and links you want to display in the menu of your website and the order of them.
7. You can display Google Reviews directly on your website.
8. If your chosen web design includes it, make use of the Blog to position your webiste and share interesting content with potential customers. We tell you more here.
9. From Social sites you can indicate links to your social networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and Youtube.
10. In Featured indicate the properties you want to highlight more on your website.
11. In Google services you will be able to link your Witei website with: Google Analytics and Google Tag manager ID.
12. Check the Extensions section where you can activate for example, tabs such as: About Us, Blog, Publish Properties, Price drops or Property Commercial.
13. Add the Whatsapp icon on your website, so that your customers can talk to you there.
14. Legal Section: In this section you can add the legal texts of your Web.
15. From the JavaScript and CSS section you can make more advanced customizations of the web with your technical support team.

B. What options does the property search engine of my website show?
The options that appear in the drop-down menu of your property search engine are exactly the same as the data that you have registered in your own property portfolio.
That is to say, as you have saved the information of your properties in Witei, so it will appear in the search engine of your website. This includes: accents, capital letters, small letters, etc.
For example, if you have saved two properties with location in: "Mijas Costa, Málaga" but you have saved one of them with the initial in lower case (mijas costa, Málaga) and another one with the initial in upper case (Mijas Costa, Málaga) both will appear in the search engine in duplicate for that reason:
Therefore, we recommend you to unify with the same format the information of your properties and organize your portfolio in a uniform way, as you want it to appear in your web search engine.
C. How to change or unify the options that appear in the search engine of your web?
If you have detected duplicated options in the real estate search engine of your web (like the example in the previous section) and you wish to unify them so that they only appear once, the steps to follow are:
Go to your section: Properties
Using the filters, look for the properties that contain the city that you want to unify in your portfolio, example: Madrid.
You will see all the properties located in Madrid. Now, select them all (by clicking on the blue link on the right).
Open the drop-down menu and select: Bulk edit > Apply.
Find the "City" section and write how you want it to appear in your web browser, example: "Madrid or madrid". Important: Remember that all users in your office should use the same format (with or without accents, upper or lower case, etc) to avoid this happening again and all follow the same guidelines in a uniform way.
Once you write the city as you wish: Save the changes.
After saving, you will be able to see it reflected in your web correctly.

D. What is the Favicon?
It is the reduced logo that we can see in the corner of the page in the browser. If your logo has a drawing and letters, it is advisable to make the favicon only with the drawing because it will look better.
E. How do I get properties from the web?
If you activate the Extension: "Publish Properties" there will be a section in your web that allows adding prospect properties directly. To activate it, it is necessary that the web template is Tokyo or Barcelona.
On the web it will be displayed in the menu at the top right:
Important: The property will be registered in Witei in "Prospect" status, so that you can check it and decide whether to manage it or not. You will have to use the filters to indicate the status "prospect" and the properties captured by the web will appear.
F. Add Sections to the menu of your Web.
You can add sections and links to the menu of your web accessing to:
Web > Sections > Add New > Select whether you want to add a section or a link.
Meaning of Section:
Sections are pages with simple content: text and images. The sections you create will appear in the top menu of your website.
Meaning of Link:
Links will appear in the top menu of your website. When a visitor clicks, he will be directed to the linked website of your choice.
To setup sections and links you can:
Choose to add a section and/or a link.
Sort the sections according to your taste and preference.
View the section name and status.
View the edited section on your website with a single click.
Delete the section you do not want to have.
Edit the section in multiple languages.
Important: The predefined sections at the moment of selecting one of our designs cannot be edited or deleted. That is why Witei gives you the facility to add new sections.
G. WhatsApp
To have the application on your website you must enter your number in the option from:
1. Web.
2. WhatsApp > Enter the mobile number.
3. Click on "Save".
H. Dashboard Web
You will find it on the left menu by clicking on the "Web" icon. With this tool, Witei allows you to see in a control panel all the information updated in real time of your website. You will be able to see: publication statistics, contacts received and even a way to calculate if you are working correctly to improve the SEO of your website.
In this way, you will be able to detect what changes you have pending in the configuration of your website and you will also be able to keep track of the publications made on your blog.
Within it you will see a metric of the website according to the SEO content you have on it:
3 statuses may appear: Good, Fair or Bad.

I. Featured section: Highlighting or removing a property from the website
When we highlight the properties, they will be displayed on the home screen of our Witei website, standing out from the rest.
Currently you can highlight the properties that are in sold and rented status, in addition to those that are available.
To choose or modify them:
1. Access the side menu > Web
2. Click on ''Featured'' section.
3. Click on the button ''Add featured property'' and choose the references of the properties.
To remove from featured:
You must go to Web - Featured and click on where it says: "Remove featured".
J. Legal Section:
In this section you will be able to add the legal texts of your Web. That is to say, in this section you can add your Privacy Policy, Legal Notice and Cookies Policy(*).
Remember that you must consult with your legal team the information that you want to be shown in these sections.
