In the Properties section (house icon) you will see all the properties. From here you can organize your entire portfolio: apartments, land, villas...

You can list all the properties that have, for example, a certain word in the street, description, reference, etc. For this we have the search engine located at the top.

You can apply mass actions by selecting all the properties you want at the same time. Once you make your mass selection you could:

- Edit a particular field of all the properties selected at once.

- Download the properties in an Excel file.

- Generate a PDF magazine to send to your clients.

You can filter to search for properties with common characteristics thanks to the Filters section.

- Example 1: "I want to see the list of properties that have been sold":

- Example 2: "I want to know which properties in my portfolio of which I have keys stored with a specific key reference".

When you click on "Save search" you can choose the name of your search, whether you want to make it private or share it with other users in your workspace.

You can also mark your searches as favorites. This way you can have those searches in your menu and access them more easily. The steps to follow are as follows:

Click on the tool gear icon located next to "My properties". 

Click on the star icon of your saved search.

You can now access your favorite search more easily from your Menu!
