Witei dashboard

Learn about our dashboard and how to use it

The Witei Dashboard allows you to have a general and agile view of the account status.

You can find it in the menu, first icon:

These metrics are updated automatically so you can see the most recent record of changes every time you enter in this area.

The elements that you can find in the dashboard are:

A. Current status of notifications and conversations

By clicking on these, you will access each area in Witei.

The red dot above these icons indicates that there is something pending that requires your review.

In the case of notifications, they will disappear from the counter as they are marked as made within their area.

B. Current status of contacts, houses and tasks

You will be able to see the status of those assigned to your user as well as a comparison of those registered this week.

You will find a direct link under each one to create a new contact or property file and create a new task.

C. Today's tasks

It will show the tasks that you have scheduled for today that have not yet been marked as done in Witei from the circle next to it. As soon as they are marked as completed, they will disappear from this area.

D. Overdue task

In case you have tasks planned in a previous time and they have not been marked as done, you will see them in the overdue tasks section. When the circle next to each one is clicked to confirm its completion, they will disappear from the list.

E. Unattended Contacts

These will be the contacts with whom you do not have current or future scheduled tasks as well as basic information about their status and last action. You can see the list of all these contacts from the button to the right of ''see all''.

F. Idle contacts

These are the contacts that have been in the stage of that funnel for a long time.

G. Active tickets

These are the active tickets in the clients files at that moment.

You will be able to see the most important information about them, their status and access them by clicking on their name.

These will stop appearing in this list when they are closed. You can see more information about how tickets work here.
