We show you here how to set up your Real Estate Software service for your Witei workspace.
A. Where to configure the real estate software
In the left side menu go to: Settings.
Expand the Real estate option.
Choose the General option from the drop-down menu.
Activate the functionalities that you want your real estate software to have.
B. Automatic rotation of main photos of properties
If you activate this option, Witei will rotate weekly the main photo of the properties you publish in portals among one of the first 3 photos.
Keep in mind that to have this feature active you will need to have the Enterprise plan of the "Gestor de Inmuebles" service active in your workspace.
To activate this plan you can do it from your subscription section of the service here.
Keep in mind that the rotations will not be seen instantaneously in the real estate portals and may vary in each portal, since the update of the rotation of the photos varies according to the time required by the portal to update the information.
C. Active portfolio
Witei offers you a service that will help you to recover the contacts that have not had any activity in two weeks, so you will be able to know their status.
The active portfolio tool will send an automatic email to customers to check if they are still interested in your products or services.
D. Visit rating
Send an automatic email after each visit to get a feedback from your client.

E. Use responsible user's contact data
When the properties are published in the portals, the contact details that will be shown will be those of the responsible user for each property.
In addition, depending on the portal, the logo and name of the real estate agency will also be shown.
If the property does not have a responsible salesperson, the agency's contact details will be shown.
F. Default description for your properties
This functionality will give you the possibility to save time when creating a new property.
In addition, you will be able to define the text that will appear in the "description" field. You will be able to edit, expand or replace information at that moment.
In this section you will be able to add that base description in multiple languages.
